微生物填料的优选及其废水脱氮性能研究

摘要 通过筛选出适合微生物挂膜的填料来强化生物脱氮。用含有填料的菌株处理不同类型的模拟人工湿地废水,对影响该菌株脱氮的金属离子进行了探究。结果表明:该菌株的最优填料为河沙石,其生物膜附着量为19μg/g,填料降解率为1.43%,加入填料后在两种不同的模拟废水条件下(COD为172.82 mg/L和699.32 mg/L)该菌株都具有良好的脱氮能力,总氮的去除率分别达到了78.20%±0.07%和86.20%±2.20%,同时,碱土金属离子试验中发现水体中含有适量的Mg (Ⅱ)和Ca (Ⅱ)对生物氮还原有一定的促进作用。 Microbial fillers proper for hanging film has been selected to intensify biological denitrification.Fillers-bearing bacterial strain has been used to process different types'simulate constructed wetland wastewater,it is studied the metal ion which can effect denitrogenation of bacterial strain.Results show:the best filler of the bacterial strain is river sandstone,its biofilm adhesion is 19μg/g,the filler degradation rate is 1.43%,when fillers added in two different simulative wastewater conditions(COD is 172.82 mg/L and 699.32 mg/L),the bacterial strain all have good denitrogenation ability,the removal rate of total nitrogen separately was 78.20%±0.07%and 86.20%±2.20%,at the same time,it is found there is an appropriate amount of Mg(Ⅱ)and Ca(Ⅱ)in waters,which has a certain acceleration to bionitrogen reduction according to alkaline earth metal ion test.
