两段净化工艺提高钴脱除率的试验研究

摘要 针对锌粉逆锑盐与黄药除钴相结合的净化工艺,存在能耗高、作业环境差、黄酸钴渣回收处理困难、残余黄药对电解造成影响等问题,以除钴添加剂选择及用量、锌粉用量、作业时间、作业温度等为技术条件开展了净化除钴的试验研究,确定了钴脱除率≥95%的优化工艺条件为:净化温度采用中温即(60~70)℃,时间为(40~60) min,锌粉用量为2.5 g/L,β-1型和β-2型添加剂用量分别为0.015 g/L、0.15 g/L,控制铜镉比为0.2,强化搅拌过程。 Purification process that zinc powder inverse antimony salt combining with cobalt removal by xanthate has the following problems that high energy consumption,poor operation environment,it is hard to treat and recycle the cobalt flamate residues,the residual xanthate can affect electrolysis and so on,therefore,the experimental study on purificaiton and cobalt removal was developed based on the technical conditions that selection and dosage of addition agent of cobalt,zinc powder dosage,operation time,operation temperature and so on,it is confirmed the optimal process conditions that cobalt removal rate≥95%:the purification temperature is medium temperature(60~70)℃,time is(40~60)min,zinc powder dosage is 2.5 g/L,the addition agent ofβ-1 type andβ-2 type separately are 0.015 g/L and 0.15 g/L,the copper-cadmium ratio is 0.2,the agitation process is strengthened.
