摘要
针对某含锗物料中锗存在形态复杂、砷含量高等问题,采用NaOH预处理-高锰酸钾加盐酸氯化蒸馏浸出物含锗物料,实现锗的高效回收,同时降低砷的挥发。首先钠化焙烧高砷含锗物料,改变锗的存在形态,提高锗的蒸出率,然后再加入高锰酸钾,改变砷的价态,蒸馏时抑制砷的挥发。研究表明:与采用常规氯化蒸馏相比,采用该工艺,可将锗回收率从89.2%提高到99.1%,砷挥发率可从86.5%降到5.7%。
One germanium material has the following problems that complex existent appearance,high arsenic content and so on,then NaOH pretreatment-potassium permanganate and hydrochloric acid is used for chlorinated distillation of germanium-bearing extractum,the efficient recycling of germanium is realized,and the volatilization of arsenic is decreased simultaneously.First of all,the germanium-bearing high arsenic material is treated by sodium salt roasting to change the existing form of germanium,to improve the evaporation rate of germanium,then potassium permanganate is added to change the valence state of arsenic,to restrain the volatilization of arsenic at distillation stage.Study shows:comparing the above mentioned process to the conventional chlorinated distillation,the recovery rate of germanium can be increased from 89.2%to 99.1%,the volatilization rate of arsenic can be decreased from 86.5%to 5.7%.
