摘要
使用X射线衍射仪、MLA、偏光显微镜等对闪速熔炼铜炉渣开展工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:矿石中铜的品位为1.66%,主要赋存于砷铜矿/金属铜、辉铜矿中,可采用浮选法对铜进行回收利用。但矿石中主要铜矿物的共生关系较为复杂,嵌布粒度较细,会对选矿指标造成较大不利影响。同时矿石中伴生有价元素铁、锌等均难以通过物理选矿方法进行回收。
Process mineralogy study on flash melting copper slag has been carried out by using of X-ray diffractometer,MLA,polarizing microscope and the other instrument.Results show:copper grade in ore is 1.66%,it mainly occur in aphanesite/metallic copper,chalcocite,copper can be recycled by using of flotation method.The symbiotic relationship of copper minerals in ore is more complicated,its dissemination size is finer,it has a great adverse impact on mineral processing indicators.The valuable element iron,zinc is associated with ore,it is difficult to recycle them by physical mineral processing methods.
