某氧化铜矿工艺矿物学研究

摘要 为了查明某铜矿化学成分、结构构造、矿物组成、含铜矿物的粒度以及铜的赋存状态等工艺矿物学特征,采用化学分析、镜下鉴定、X射线衍射、MLA等测试手段,对其进行详细的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:铜含量为0.90%,铜主要以独立矿物的形式赋存于三水胆矾、纤铜铁矾、黄铜矿、铜蓝、孔雀石、辉铜矿、斑铜矿中,铜在其中的分配率分别为32.66%、28.08%、8.08%、5.92%、2.56%、1.78%、0.71%;少数以类质同象或离子吸附的形式赋存于褐铁矿、赤铁矿、菱铁矿及变褐铁矾中,铜在其中的分配率分别为15.62%、4.59%。铜在矿石中的分布较为分散,且含铜矿物种类较多,将不利于铜的综合回收。 The detailed process mineralogy study has been carried out by using chemical component,microscopic identification,X-ray diffraction,MLA and so on in order to found out chemical component,structure construction,mineral composition,particle size of copper-bearing mineral,copper occurrence state and the other process mineralogy characteristics of one copper ore.Results show:copper content is 0.90%,copper occurs in trihydrate gallbladder,fiber copper-iron alum,chalcopyrite,covellite,malachite,chalcocite,bornite in the form of independent minerals,the distribution rates of copper separately are 32.66%,28.08%,8.08%,5.92%,2.56%,1.78%,0.71%;few of them occurrs in limonite,hematite,siderite and metahohmannite in the form of isomorphism or ion adsorption,the distribution rates of copper separately are 15.62%and 4.59%.The distribution of copper is more scattered in the ore,and there are many kinds of copper minerals,it is detrimental to comprehensive recovery of copper.
