摘要
当前,核电厂棒控系统在大幅变温工况下,存在驱动电流控制效果不佳、经常需技术人员调节控制器参数的问题。针对此问题,设计了一种模糊控制器用于驱动电流时序波形的控制方法。该方法对当前误差和误差的变化进行模糊化,并经过模糊规则计算及清晰化处理后作用于电流驱动电路。借助模糊控制对非线性系统控制效果较好的优点,可提高驱动电流在不同工况下的控制性能。通过仿真验证,相对于常规比例积分微分(PID)控制,模糊控制器在大变温工况下性能优异,无需调节控制参数即可满足现场性能指标要求。
Currently,the rod control system of nuclear power plant has the problem of poor drive current control and often needs technicians to adjust the controller parameters under the condition of large temperature change.To address this problem,a fuzzy controller is designed for the control method of drive current timing waveform.The method fuzzified the current error and the change of error,and acts on the current driving circuit after fuzzy rule calculation and clarification.With the advantage of better control effect of fuzzy control on nonlinear system,the control performance of drive current under different working conditions can be improved.Through simulation verification,compared with the conventional proportional integral differential(PID)control,the fuzzy controller has excellent performance under large variable temperature conditions,and can meet the field performance index requirements without adjusting the control parameters.
