摘要
以福清核电5#机组“华龙一号”首堆为背景,阐述了核取样系统取样管线的样品种类及其取样手段。不同的取样管线采用不同的开启和停运方式,并集中在核取样间进行采样。对主要的取样管线隔离阀在核取样间设置隔离阀控制柜。重点对福清5#机组核取样系统核级隔离阀就地控制柜的设计进行了详细的归纳分析,对其选择开关的选型及控制原理进行了阐述。对比了主控室和就地控制两种控制方式。根据“华龙一号”抗震要求,详细说明了核级隔离阀控制柜的抗震问题,提出了解决方案,并顺利通过了抗震试验。核级隔离阀控制对核取样系统至关重要,对现场运行或事故后采样分析诊断具有重要价值。核取样系统核级隔离阀控制柜的设计为核电其他工程设计提供了可借鉴的经验。
The sample types of the sampling pipe lines of the nuclear sampling system and their sampling means are described in the context of the“HPR1000”first reactor of Fuqing nuclear power No.5 unit.Different sampling pipelines are opened and shut down in different ways,and sampling is centralized in the nuclear sampling room.Isolation valve control cabinets are set up in the nuclear sampling room for the main sampling pipe line isolation valves.The focus is on the detailed induction and analysis of design of the local control cabinet for nuclear isolation valves of the nuclear sampling system of Fuqing No.5 unit,the design of its selector switches and control principles are explained in detail.The two control modes of main control room and local control are compared.According to the seismic requirements of“HPR1000”,the seismic problems of the nuclear isolation valve control cabinet are explained in detail,solutions are proposed,and it has successfully passed the seismic test.Nuclear isolation valve control is crucial to the nuclear sampling system,which is valuable for field operation or post⁃accident sampling analysis and diagnosis.The design of nuclear level isolation valve control cabinet for nuclear sampling system provides a reference experience for other engineering design of nuclear power.
