基于交混试验的微型电导电极系统设计

摘要 为了解决传统浓度计因探头体积大、不能多点测量而无法应用于交混试验的问题,创新性地设计了一种微型电导电极系统,并对系统各部分的设计进行了详细说明。阐述了电导测量部分和温度测量部分的实现过程,分析了测量模块电路的搭建,完成了系统的硬件设计。对浓度和温度的计算过程进行了推导,对测量电压反演到被测量的过程进行了详述,列出了系统的不确定度合成式,完成了系统算法设计。将微型电导电极系统应用于交混试验中,推导了交混特性因子的计算过程,得出了需标定电导电极的电极常数的结论,确定了交混因子的计算式,并对系统进行了总结和展望。该系统能够同时测量浓度和温度,具有测量探头体积小、实时性高、测量范围宽等优点。该系统可进行多点测量,满足交混试验的需求,还可应用于其他领域微小通道的浓度测量,应用前景广阔。 To solve the problem that the traditional concentration meter cannot be applied to the cross⁃mixing test due to the large size of the probe and the inability of multi⁃point measurement,a miniature conductivity electrode system is innovatively designed,and the design of each part of the system is described in detail.The realization process of the conductivity measurement part and temperature measurement part is described,and the construction of the measurement module circuit is analyzed to complete the hardware design of the system.The calculation process of concentration and temperature is deduced,the process of inversion of the measured voltage to the measured is detailed,the uncertainty synthesis equation of the system is listed,and the algorithmic design of the system is completed.The miniature conductivity electrode system is applied to the cross⁃mixing test,the calculation process of the cross⁃mixing characteristic factor is deduced,the conclusion that the electrode constant of the conductivity electrode needs to be calibrated is drawn,the calculation equation of the cross⁃mixing factor is determined,and the system is summarized and outlooked.The system is capable of measuring concentration and temperature at the same time,and has the advantages of small size of measurement probe,high real⁃time performance,wide measurement range,etc.The system can carry out multi⁃point measurement,which meets the needs of the cross⁃mixing test and can also be applied to the concentration measurement of tiny channels in other fields,which has a broad application prospect.
