摘要
针对我国的核设施流出物监测管理机制尚不成熟的现状,开展了对核设施流出物标准方法体系的研究。从标准角度出发,分别对比国内标准和美国标准两套体系,介绍了标准体系的结构和管理模式。对国内外流出物监测方法标准体系进行分析,表明我国在流出物的管理、标准方法更新速度、监测种类上存在一定程度的不足。因此,就如何完善我国核设施流出物检测管理工作给出相应建议。
Aiming at status that the immaturity of the effluents monitoring and management mechanism of nuclear facilities in China,the research on the standardized methodology system of nuclear facility effluents is carried out.From the perspective of standards,the structure and management mode of the standard system are introduced by comparing the two systems of domestic standards and American standards respectively.The analysis of the standard system of effluent monitoring methods at domestic and international shows that there is a certain degree of inadequacy in the management of effluent,the speed of updating standard methods,and the types of monitoring in China.Therefore,corresponding suggestions are given on how to improve the management of effluent detection in nuclear facilities in China.
