异质材料同轴挤出式3D打印“双创型”实践教学平台设计与应用

摘要 针对现有丝料挤出式3D打印设备功能单一、材料适用范围窄和稳定性低等问题,该文提出并设计了一种异质材料同轴挤出式3D打印实践教学平台。该平台包括挤出系统、硬件控制系统和软件系统,平台通过控制螺杆和柱塞的运动实现高分子颗粒料和浆料的同步/异步挤出,平台能够一体化整体打印嵌入式立体电路,验证了其可行性。实践教学表明:该平台能够培养学生自主探索和解决工程难题的能力,满足材料类和机械类专业“双创型”人才培养的需求,也为复合材料和功能梯度材料的制备提供了新方法,具有较好的示范推广前景。 In response to the problems of single function,narrow range of material applicability and low stability of filament fusion extrusion 3D printing,a heterogeneous material coaxial extrusion 3D printing practical teaching platform is proposed and designed in this paper.The platform includes extrusion,motion,heating,and software systems to achieve synchronous/asynchronous extrusion of polymer granules and slurries by controlling the motion of the screw and plunger.Furthermore,the platform is capable of integrating and forming embedded three-dimensional circuits in a unified manner,thereby verifying its printing feasibility.The practical teaching shows that the platform can effectively cultivate students’ability to explore and solve engineering problems on their own,and meet the needs of“dual-innovation”talents training in materials and mechanical majors,and provide a new method for the preparation of composite materials and functional gradient materials,which has a good prospect of demonstration and promotion.
