无线传感网络下的密炼过程控制系统设计

摘要 密炼在橡胶工厂能耗最多,企业生产工艺装备落后,密炼机过程控制周期和各环节耗能状况难以有效把控,造成能源浪费,存在着密炼效率低、周期长、胶料质量波动大等问题。为此,文章主要研究企业实际生产过程当中密炼生产工艺的优缺点,结合生产要求提出控制系统改进方法,基于无线传感网络实现过程控制系统的设计,优化工艺。主要研究内容是针对轮胎生产过程当中密炼工序控制系统的工艺优化。研究方法主要是分析密炼机工作原理、机构性能,涉及无线传感器、网络控制系统,采集密炼各环节的数据,从而在计算机自动控制功能领域进行调节,减少资源浪费,提高生产效率。创新之处是建立BP神经网络智能控制系统,增强神经网络自适应能力。得出的结论是采用无线通信技术实现信号传输,达到无线控制的目的,减少工作布线工序,降低成本,使控制器的智能化、现代化水平显著提升。 The er has the most energy consumption in the rubber factory,the production process and equipment are backward,the process control cycle and energy consumption of each link are difficult to effectively control,resulting in energy waste.There are problems such as low efficiency,long cycle and large fluctuation of adhesive quality.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the advantages and disadvantages of the refining production process in the actual production process of enterprises,and puts forward the improvement method of the control system combined with the production requirements,so as to realize the design of the process control system based on the wireless sensor network and optimize the process.The main research content of this paper is the process optimization of the control system of the refining process in the tire production process.The research method is mainly to analyze the working principle and mechanism performance of the refining machine,involving wireless sensors and network control system,collect the data of each link,so as to adjust the field of computer automatic control function,reduce the waste of resources and improve production efficiency.The innovation of this paper is to establish BP neural network intelligent control system to enhance the adaptive ability of neural network.The conclusion is that the wireless communication technology is adopted to achieve signal transmission,to achieve the purpose of wireless control,reduce the working wiring process,reduce the cost,so that the intelligence and modernization of the controller is significantly improved.
