电信5G工程总包模式的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of general contracting model for telecom 5G engineering

为了提高项目管理水平和工程实施效率,文章围绕电信5G工程建设总包模式展开了研究。其中,对比了DBB、DB和EPC模式,提出了总承包单位接应总包模式及对应创新举措和能力建设要求,通过案例验证了该模式的有效性和可行性,并指出了其具有的应用前景和推广意义。

In order to improve the level of project management and the efficiency of project implementation,this paper studies the general contracting mode of telecom 5G engineering.It compares the DBB,DB and EPC modes and puts forward the general contracting mode,the corresponding innovative measures and capacity building requirements.At same times,the effectiveness and feasibility of the mode are verified by cases,and its application prospects and promotional significance are pointed out.
