摘要
工匠精神的当代传承对高校教师教学发展具有积极影响,对工匠人才培养提供支持,将更好赋能高等工程教育培养堪当大任的时代新人。角色认知和职业发展理论为出发点的混合研究方法,揭示了高校教师教学发展与工匠精神的内在关联机制,可实现教师角色认同、职业适应、价值回报和组织支持的整合提升,能有效促进工匠人才培育。定位于承载工匠精神、培育工匠人才的中介机制,教师教学发展策略包括注重学生能力成就、推动教师终身学习和强化教师社会责任等三方面。
This paper aims to explore significant practical issues related to empowering higher engineering education to cultivate new era talents through university faculties’teaching development.Research has found that the contemporary inheritance of the craftsmanship spirit by teachers has a positive impact on the development of their teaching skills,and provides support for the training of skilled personnel in higher engineering education.Specifically,by using role cognition and career development theory as a starting point,we revealed that there is an intrinsic relationship between the development of university faculties’teaching skills and their craftsmanship spirits.This mechanism not only integrates factors of teacher role identification,career adaptation,value return,and organizational support,but also promotes the cultivation of skilled personnel.Finally,we proposed three faculties’teaching development strategies in the areas of behavior,motivation,and spirit,including emphasizing student achievement,promoting lifelong learning for teachers,and strengthening their social responsibilities.
