Interaction of elements is a dynamic process of coordinated development of regional higher education.It is found that the orientation of economic development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area leads industrial clusters,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure depends on knowledge and technology innovation,the agglomeration of human resources promotes urbanization and industrialization,and regional economic input is an important guarantee for the development of higher education.The coordinated development of higher education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area faces the dilemma of both opportunities and challenges.By giving full play to the synergy and mutual promotion of economic,industrial,talent and education chains,it can effectively strengthen the functional radiation led by the core cities of"Hong Kong,Macao,Guangzhou and Shenzhen",optimize the regional industrial structure and force the integrated development of production and education,and form the siphon effect of the superposition of the advantages of the diversified talent system.Stimulate the spillover effect of rational allocation of regional educational resources,promote the improvement of regional resource allocation ability and innovative resource development ability,and promote the high-quality development of regional higher education.
