乡村振兴背景下宁德食用菌产业现状与发展对策

Edible Fungi Industry Current Situation in Ningde and Development Countermeasures Under the Background of Rural Vitalization

宁德是我国食用菌最大的优势产区之一,食用菌产业已成为当地促进乡村振兴的主要产业。该研究概述了食用菌产业生产、发展模式、品牌培育、营销及生态发展现状,并指出了存在的问题,提出了优化产业布局、实施标准化生产、推进设施化栽培、培育加工企业、拓宽销售渠道、促进三产融合、强化人才保障等对策,以推动宁德市食用菌产业现代化发展,服务乡村振兴。

Ningde city is one of the largest superior mushroom production regions in China,and the edible mushroom industry has become the major industry for rural vitalization.The present study outlined the mushroom production,industry development mode,brand cultivation,mushroom marketing,and industry ecological development in Ningde region,and then pointed out the existing problems.To promote the modernization development of mushroom industry in Ningde city and to serve rural vitalization,we proposed optimizing industry layout,implementing standardized production,promoting facility cultivation,cultivating processing enterprises,expanding sales channels,promoting the integration of three industries,and strengthening talent guarantee as countermeasures.
