Effect of Design Management in the Whole Process Engineering Consulting Projects

全过程工程咨询(以下简称“全咨”)作为一种新型咨询服务模式,有效地填补了各个咨询板块之间的服务空白,提高了各咨询单位之间的融合与协作关系,减少了各团队之间的推诿与纠纷,有助于建设单位进行科学决策,进而加快项目建设的进度。设计管理作为全过程工程咨询服务过程中的重要组成部分,是建设目标达成的重要技术保障和流程保障。文章通过对全咨项目推进过程中设计管理的作用进行了简要的阐述,并结合具体项目详细分析了从项目启动至施工图完成,设计管理的重要意义,以期对全咨业务发展贡献绵薄之力。

As a new type of consulting service mode,whole process engineering consulting(hereinafter referred to as whole consulting)effectively fills the service gap between various consulting modules,improves the integration and collaboration between consulting institutions,reduces the prevarication and disputes between teams,helps construction institutions make rational decisions,thus accelerating the progress of project construction.Design management is not only a significantpart of the whole consulting but also the key technical and process guarantee for achieving construction goals.In this thesis,the role of design management in general consulting projects was briefly elaborated.Based on actual projects,the importance of design management from project initiation to completion of construction drawings was analyzed in detail,with a view to contributing to the development of the whole consulting.
