基于夜间灯光数据的国家级新区碳排放核算和时空分布特征以青岛西海岸新区为例

摘要 揭示碳排放量与时空变化格局,对低碳化发展与国土生态管控具有现实意义。文章以青岛西海岸新区为对象,通过IPCC、夜间灯光反演等方法构建核算框架和时空分布格局。结果表明:(1)碳排放逐年增长,年均变化率为“S”形波动。(2)新区南北向的碳排空间聚集由紧凑变为散布,东西向则相反。(3)碳排放呈现高度空间自相关,内聚的趋势明显,但存在外扩的趋势。(4)碳排放空间聚类减弱,黄岛组团呈现高-高热点;藏南和宝山镇呈现低-低冷点。基于土地利用和空间形态层面归纳影响因素,以期对碳排放控制提供指引。 This study aims to analyze the spatiotemporal distribution of carbon emissions in the Qingdao West Coast new area utilizing nighttime lighting data.The study employs IPCC methodologies and nighttime lighting inversion techniques to create an accounting framework.The objective is to provide insights into low-carbon development and ecological land management in new urban areas.Key findings include:carbon emissions have been increasing annually,following a fluctuating"s"-shaped growth rate.The spatial clustering of carbon emissions has evolved:it has become more scattered in the north-south direction,whereas it has become more compact in the east-west direction.Carbon emissions demonstrate a high level of spatial autocorrelation,suggesting strong internal cohesion but also indicating an outward expansion trend.There is weakened spatial clustering of carbon emissions,with Huangdao district showing high-high hotspots and Zangnan and Baoshan town displaying low-low cold spots.Factors such as land use and spatial morphology are also examined,with the aim of guiding future carbon emission control measures.
