党的自我革命制度规范体系的理论基础、价值意蕴与完善路径

中国共产党自诞生之日起就十分注重自我革命。完善党的自我革命制度规范体系,既是不忘初心、牢记使命的历史要求,又是敢于斗争、善于斗争的现实回应。党的自我革命制度规范体系根植于“革命”的马克思主义,“内省”的中华优秀传统文化和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想。新时代完善党的自我革命制度规范体系有利于为巩固党的执政地位;培育党的优良作风;以伟大自我革命促进伟大社会革命。在完善路径上,应加强党的全面领导来完善领导体系,创新党内法规制度来完善法治体系,强化党的各类监督和巡视来完善监督体系。

Since its birth,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to self-revolution.Improving the Party's system of self-governing revolutionary institutions and norms is not only the historical requirement of staying true to its founding aspiration and keeping its mission firmly in mind,but also a realistic response to the need to be brave and good at fighting.The Party's self-revolutionary system is rooted in the“revolutionary”Marxism,the“retrospective”China's fine traditional culture,and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The improvement of the Party's self-revolutionary system in the new era is conducive to consolidating the Party's ruling position,cultivating the Party's fine style of work,and promoting the great social revolution with the great self-revolution.In the path of improvement,we should strengthen the overall leadership of the Party to improve the leadership system,innovate the intra-party laws and regulations to improve the rule of law system,and strengthen all kinds of supervision and inspection of the Party to improve the supervision system.
