区块链视域下职业教育协同体系构建

摘要 构建职业教育协同体系,利用区块链技术真实可信、可溯源、不可篡改的特性解决职业教育场景下普遍存在的评估和评价公信力不足、师生数字成果管理方式不健全,用人需求与人才培养脱节等问题,实现优质资源共享,推动教学诊改等工作的发展。职业教育协同体系可以从校内数字资源管理方式、校际数字资源互认共享体系、校企合作及双师培养体系等维度进行设计,这一思路将为区块链视域下职业教育协同构建提供理论支撑。 The construction of a collaborative system for vocational education can solve the common problems in vocational education,such as the lack of credibility in evaluation and assessment,the weak digitalized management of achievements obtained by teachers and students,and the mismatch between employment demand and talent training,by utilizing the authentic,trustworthy,traceable and immutable characteristics of blockchain technology,so as to realize the sharing of highquality resources and promote the development of teaching diagnosis and reform.The collaboration system of vocational education can be designed from the dimensions of campus digital resource management,inter-school digital resource mutual recognition and sharing system,school-enterprise cooperation and double-qualified teacher training system,etc.This idea will provide theoretical support for the construction of vocational education collaboration system from the perspective of blockchain.
