摘要
我国高职教育出现了地方普通高等院校转型和现行高职院校升级两种样式的本科教育,给现行高职教育发展带来冲击:对“高职教育”的范畴形成了新的认知;高职院校标准制定将发生变动;高职教育内部竞争、交叉、融合进一步加剧。应采用把握知识标准,类型化发展;错位竞争,多样化发展;摆脱行政化羁绊,建构有效治理模式等策略应对这些挑战。
There are two types of the undergraduate program in China's vocational education:the transformation of local higher education institutions and the upgrading of current vocational colleges,which have had an impact on the development of vocational education:a new understanding of the scope of"vocational education"has been formed,changes will be made in the formulation of standards for vocational colleges,and internal competition,connection and integration in vocational education will further intensify.Following strategies should be adopted to meet those challenges:grasping knowledge standards and developing types;competing in a staggered way and diversifying the development mode;Breaking free from the shackles of administration and constructing an effective governance model.
