摘要
当前“双师型”教师的培养模式,国内主要有以职业技术类师范院校为主的职前培养、高职教师的在职培训与职后培养、企业技术人员的吸纳等三种。针对当前“双师型”教师培养模式存在的困境,需要厘正传统职业教育理念、强化职前培养模式的理实结合,规范入职培训标准、增强教师团队意识,提升校企合作效能、优化教师职后培训体系,建立多元化师资来源通道、加强兼职教师的管理。
As for the current training mode of"Double-qualified"teachers in China,there are three major types:pre-service training mainly carried out in colleges for vocational education teachers,in-service and post-service training for higher vocational teachers,and recruitment of enterprise technical personnel.In response to the difficulties in the current training mode for"Doublequalified"teachers,it is necessary to rectify traditional vocational education concepts and strengthen the combination of theory and practice in the pre-service training mode;standardize onboarding training requirements and enhance teachers'team spirit;improve the efficiency of school-enterprise cooperation and optimize the post-service training system for teachers;establish a diversified source of teaching staff and strengthen the management of part-time teachers.
