Inquiries and Reflections:Study on False Paid Internships of College Students

目前付费实习市场乱象频出,虚假付费实习严重侵害大学生的合法权益,扭曲大学生的人生观和价值观,破坏劳动实习市场秩序。深入剖析大学生虚假付费实习的原因,透析虚假付费实习的危害,以《民法》《刑法》等法律“硬”手段规制虚假付费实习行为,同时发挥高校、政府、企业的多元治理主体作用,构建公平、有效的付费实习治理机制,规范实习市场秩序。

At present,the paid internship market in China is in great disorder.The fake paid internship seriously infringes the legitimate rights and interests of college students,distorts their outlook on life and values,and damages the order of the internship market in China.This paper deeply analyzes the causes and harmful consequences of college students'false paid internship.Thus,we should regulate false paid internship by"tough"legal means such as"Civil Law","Criminal Law"and"Advertising Law".At the same time,we should give full play to the role of universities,governments and enterprises in multiple governance subjects,build a better,fairer and more efficient governance mechanism and finally achieve the purpose of standardizing the internship market order.
