Analysis of the Motivation and Factors Influencing Dividend Distribution Policies in Listed Sports Companies

稳定合理的股利政策可以使体育上市企业拥有吸引力去吸引更多的投资者,有助于企业获取充足的资金来源,使企业获得长期、稳定的发展条件,从而实现企业的价值,促进体育产业的高质量发展。研究通过分析莱茵体育股利分配政策的特点,了解了莱茵体育股利分配政策的特点及形成原因,并对其进行深入剖析,以此为基础提出有利于体育上市企业股利分配政策优化的建议。

Stable and rational dividend policies can make listed sports companies more attractive to in⁃vestors,help them secure ample sources of capital,and provide the conditions for long-term,stable de⁃velopment,thereby realizing their value and promoting the high-quality development of the sports indus⁃try.This study analyzes the characteristics of dividend distribution policies in listed sports companies,investigates the reasons behind these policies,and conducts an in-depth analysis of Rhein Sports as a case study.Based on these findings,recommendations are made to optimize dividend distribution poli⁃cies in listed sports companies.
