基于SNS-FEM的电动汽车电缆线电磁辐射仿真

摘要 针对传统有限元法(FEM)在分析电动汽车电缆线低频电磁场时出现的效率低、精度差等问题,提出了一种电缆线对人体辐射仿真的稳定节点积分数值模型(stable node-based smoothed FEM, SNS-FEM)。采用四面体单元对问题域进行离散,基于背景网格节点构造光滑域,依托梯度光滑技术与稳定项增强获得离散方程。基于所构造的方法分析了电缆线低频电磁辐射环境下人体感应电流密度的分布情况,结果表明:相比于传统FEM,SNS-FEM能适当地“软化”电磁系统刚度,提供更加精确高效的电动汽车电缆线电磁场仿真结果。 Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and poor precision of traditional finite element method(FEM)in analyzing electric vehicle cable low-frequency electromagnetic field,a stable node integral numerical model of cable radiation to human body problem is formulated in this paper(SNS-FEM).The problem domain was discrete using tetrahedral units,based on the nodes of background mesh,a series of smoothing domains are further formed,and the discrete equation is obtained by the gradient smoothing operations and stability term enhancement.Based on the present method,the distribution of induced current density of human body under low-frequency electromagnetic radiation of cable was analyzed.The results show that the SNS-FEM can appropriately"soften"the system stiffness,compared with traditional FEM.Besides,it can provide higher computational accuracy and efficiency for the electromagnetic field simulation of electric vehicle cables.
