摘要
茶多酚是茶叶中多种酚类物质的总称,具有抗氧化剂、降低血糖血脂和极强的杀菌和抗病毒作用。总结茶多酚的主要成分活性、理化特性以及茶多酚在水产养殖中的研究现状。针对茶多酚在水产养殖研究中存在的问题,建议加强茶多酚所作用的鱼类生长发育、烹饪加工及免疫调节的具体作用机制及使用策略研究,以期为茶多酚在水产养殖中研究与应用提供理论依据。
Tea polyphenols are a general term for various phenolic substances in tea,which have antioxidant properties,lower blood sugar and blood lipids,and strong bactericidal and antiviral effects.This study summarizes the main component activity,physicochemical properties,and current research status of tea polyphenols in aquaculture.In response to the problems existing in the research of tea polyphenols in aquaculture,it is recommended to strengthen the research on the specific mechanisms and usage strategies of tea polyphenols in fish growth and development,cooking processing,and immune regulation,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the research and application of tea polyphenols in aquaculture.
