摘要
以贵州主栽的高丛类蓝莓“奥尼尔”为试验材料,采用顶空固相微萃取、气相色谱-质谱联用仪(HS-SPME/GC-MS)和微波消解、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)分别对贵州3个产区“奥尼尔”果实挥发性成分和矿质元素进行检测和分析。结果表明,3个产区“奥尼尔”共检测到48种挥发性成分,且挥发性成分含量在3个产区差异明显,惠水含量最高,为2113.51μg/g,其次为高坡(1944.65μg/g),麻江含量最低,为1008.65μg/g。3个产区“奥尼尔”共检测12种矿质元素,其中K和Ca元素含量相较其他矿质元素较高,Ba和Cr元素含量较低。矿质元素含量在3个产区差异明显,高坡含量最高(8510.27 mg/kg),其次为惠水(8277.10 mg/kg),麻江含量最低(7818.01 mg/kg)。
The experimental material was‘O′Neal’of the high bush blueberry in Guizhou.Headspace solid phase microextraction,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME/GC-MS),microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)were used to detect and analyze the volatile components and mineral elements of blueberry‘O′Neal’fruits in three production areas of Guizhou.The results showed that 48 kinds of volatile components were detected in the three producing areas of‘O′Neal’,and the contents of volatile components were significantly different in the three producing areas.The highest content of Huishui was 2113.51μg/g,followed by Gaopo(1944.65μg/g),and the lowest content of Majiang(1008.65μg/g).A total of 12 mineral elements were detected in‘O′Neal’in the three production areas.The mineral elements K and Ca of‘O′Neal’were relatively high,while the content of Ba and Cr were relatively low.The content of mineral elements was significantly different in the three producing areas.Gaopo content was higher(8510.27 mg/kg),followed by Huishui(8277.10 mg/kg),and Majiang content was lower(7818.01 mg/kg).
