摘要
基于河南省乡村振兴及农业现代化发展要求,结合省域农业特征构建河南省农业现代化水平综合评价指标体系,对河南省及下属17个地级市农业现代化水平进行测度。运用熵值法TOPSIS法,从农业生产现代化、农业信息现代化、农业产品现代化、农业经营现代化等6个层面进行指标赋权及具体水平测度,在此基础上运用ESDA空间自相关分析法对其空间集聚特征进行进一步研究。结果表明:①农业机械化率、农村区域网络普及程度、农业品牌建设及龙头企业发展状况对区域农业现代化水平影响较大;②河南省农业现代化水平总体呈现“中部高,南北低”,“东部高,西部低”的分布趋势;③当前形成以郑州为中心“高-高”集聚模式,北部地区呈现“极化”“空心”现象,南部、西部集聚水平较低;建设“多个中心”,逐步实现区域协同。高值区域应发挥资源优势,重点实现农业科技成果转化及人才培养,并积极带动周边低值区域共同发展。低值区域应主动加强交流,完善农业基建,尽快实现农业现代化转型。
Based on the requirements of rural revitalization and agricultural modernization development in Henan Province,combined with the characteristics of provincial agriculture,a comprehensive evaluation index system of agricultural modernization level in Henan Province was constructed to measure the level of Henan Province and its 17 subordinate cities.The entropy TOPSIS method was used to carry out index weighting and specific level measurement from the six levels of agricultural production modernization,agricultural information modernization,agricultural product modernization,and agricultural management modernization.On this basis,the ESDA spatial autocorrelation analysis method was used to further study its spatial agglomeration characteristics.①The rate of agricultural mechanization,the popularity of rural regional networks,the construction of agricultural brands and the development of leading enterprises have a greater impact on the level of regional agricultural modernization;②The level of agricultural modernization in Henan Province generally presents a distribution trend of“high in the middle,low in the south and north”,“high in the east,low in the west”;③At present,a“high high”agglomeration pattern is formed with Zhengzhou as the center.The northern region presents a“polarization”and“hollow”phenomenon,while the concentration level in the south and west is low;Build"multiple centers"and gradually realize regional coordination.High value regions should give play to their resource advantages,focus on the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and personnel training,and actively drive the common development of surrounding low value regions.Low value regions should actively strengthen exchanges,improve agricultural infrastructure,and realize the transformation of agricultural modernization as soon as possible.
