宁德市赤溪流域以空间换时间环境应急处置工程分析

Analysis on the Emergency Response Engineering of Space for Time Environment of the Chixi River in Ningde

本文对宁德市赤溪流域“一河一策一图”环境应急响应方案进行分析,梳理赤溪流域环境风险底数和环境应急空间设施情况,模拟流域内三种突发环境事件情景,以切实提升流域突发水污染事件环境应急准备和响应能力为目的,提出相应的对策及建议。

This paper analyze the environmental emergency response plan of“one river,one policy and one map”of Chixi river in Ningde,sort out the environmental risk base and emergency space facilities of Chixi river,simulate three types of sudden environmental event cenarios,effectively improve the environmental emergency preparedness and response capacity for water pollution emergencies,propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
