SHPB模块化高低温测试系统设计

摘要 为了高效可靠地获得材料在高低温下的力学性能,基于典型的霍普金森压杆,建立了一套可移植性较强的模块化高低温测试系统。该系统由加载杆自动组装系统、非接触式高温加热系统及高效率低温环境箱组成,可实现试样的自动化加载,减少了手动作业带来的温差影响。相对于传统高低温测试方案,高温系统采用非接触式加热,减少了加载杆温度场对实验结果的影响;低温环境箱可实现多样品同时制冷,在不打开环境箱的条件下实现测试样品的更换与回收,大大提高了测试效率。基于高低温测试系统,完成了不同材料在不同应变率及温度条件下的动态压缩强度测试,测试结果真实稳定。 In order to efficiently and reliably obtain the mechanical properties of materials at high and low temperatures,a portable and modular high-low temperature testing system was established based on a typical Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar.The system consists of an automatic loading rod assembly system,a non-contact high-temperature heating system,and a high-efficiency low-temperature environmental chamber.It enables the automated loading of specimens,reducing the temperature difference effects caused by manual operations.Compared to traditional high-low temperature testing methods,the high-temperature system uses non-contact heating,reducing the influence of the temperature field of the loading rod on the experimental results.The low-temperature environmental chamber allows for simultaneous cooling of multiple samples and enables the replacement and retrieval of test specimens without opening the chamber,greatly improving testing efficiency.Based on the high-low temperature testing system,dynamic compression strength tests were conducted on different materials under different strain rates and temperature conditions,resulting in accurate and stable test results.
