阐述了高层建筑消防设施的现状及其相应的问题,在此基础上,归纳了高层建筑中安装先进消防设备设施的重要性和作用,并从加强群众的宣传与指导、完善高层建筑消防设施维护管理机制、培育和规范维护保养消防中介组织行为、加强消防安全标准化管理工作、大力提升监督检查的执法工作水平,以及利用互联网技术手段开展消防建设工作等角度,提出了高层建筑消防设施设备的管理对策。

This paper expounds the status quo and corresponding problems of fire fighting facilities in high-rise buildings, and on this basis, it sums up the importance and function of installing advanced fire fighting equipment in high-rise buildings, puts forward the management countermeasures of fire fighting facilities and equipment in high-rise buildings from the aspects of strengthening the publicity and guidance of the masses, improving the maintenance and management mechanism of high-rise building fire protection facilities, cultivating and standardizing the maintenance of fire protection intermediary organizations, strengthening the standardized management of fire safety,vigorously improving the level of supervision and inspection law enforcement, and using Internet technology to carry out fire protection construction work, etc.
