摘要
系统分析了目前我国石油化工厂管线信息化建设的现状及存在的问题,对石油化工厂管线安全运行智能化控制的目标和特征进行研究,从管线数字化管理、运行管理、安全管理、应急管理、决策管理5个方面对石油化工厂管线安全运行智能控制基本架构设计进行论述,以期通过智能化技术提高管线安全运行水平。
This paper systematically analyzes the current situation and existing problems of pipeline informatization construction in petrochemical plants in China, studies the objectives and characteristics of intelligent control of pipeline safety operation in petrochemical plants, and discusses the basic architecture design of intelligent control of pipeline safety operation in petrochemical plants from five aspects,including pipeline digital management, operation management, safety management, emergency management, and decision management, with a view to adopting intelligent technology, Improve the safe operation level of pipelines.
