山岭重丘区预制梁场建设技术应用分析

Application Analysis of the Construction Technology of Prefabricated Beam Yard in Mountainous and Hilly Area

针对山岭重丘区地形复杂、土方超挖问题,提出增加制梁区高度、调整加工钢筋、在桥梁沿线增设吊装区的解决思路,解决了工期短、建设成本高的问题,实现了对施工量的准确把握。同时,分析了制梁场场地选择、施工流程调整,以及施工要点等内容。

In view of the complicated terrain and overexcavation in mountainous and hilly areas, this paper puts forward the solution of increasing the height of the beam making area, adjusting the processing steel bars, and adding the hoisting area along the bridge, which solves the problems of short construction period and high construction cost, and realizes the accurate grasp of the construction amount. At the same time,the selection, the adjustment of construction process and the key points of construction of beam making yard are analyzed.
