铁路现浇十字连续梁支架稳定性研究

摘要 以莱荣铁路桃林村特大桥十字连续梁为例,从支架设计、支架检算、支架预压、混凝土浇筑等方面进行了技术研究。利用Midas软件进行支架建模分析,检算支架各构件的强度、刚度、稳定性等,利用检算数据调整优化设计方案,为项目管理及施工生产增值;通过位移观测、沉降观测数据分析,总结支架预压及混凝土浇筑过程中的注意事项,消除或减少施工中不安全因素,积累施工经验,指导同类工程施工。 This paper takes the cross continuous beam of Taolin Village large bridge of Lairong Railway as an example, the technical research is carried out from the aspects of support design, support checking, support preloading and concrete pouring. Midas software was used to model and analyze the support, check the strength, stiffness and stability of each component of the support, and use the check data to adjust and optimize the design scheme to add value to project management and construction production;Through the analysis of displacement observation and settlement observation data, the points for attention in the process of support preloading and concrete pouring are summarized, the unsafe factors in construction are eliminated or reduced, the construction experience is accumulated, and the construction of similar projects is guided.
