摘要
以珠海横琴新区子期幼儿园跨排洪渠桥梁为背景,针对施工不破坏现状排洪渠的要求以及项目工期紧张的问题,采用一种对预制箱梁不间断吊装施工的方法,以保证施工片区排水通畅,并且不破坏现状排洪渠挡墙结构,安全快速地完成桥梁施工。方案经实施验证,通过对跨排洪渠桥梁结构设计的分析以及对箱梁吊装的施工研究,施工过程中很好地保护了现状排洪渠,施工效率高,环境污染少。
Taking the bridge across the flood discharge canal of Zhuhai Hengqin New Area Ziqi Kindergarten as the background, aiming at the requirement of construction without damaging the current flood drainage channel and the problem of tight project period, a method of continuous lifting of prefabricated box girder is adopted to ensure smooth drainage of construction area, and do not damage the current flood drainage channel retaining wall structure, and complete the bridge construction safely and quickly. Through the analysis of the bridge structure design across the flood drainage channel and the construction study of the box girder hoisting, the current flood drainage channel is well protected in the construction process, with high construction efficiency and less environmental pollution.
