主要分析了超高层建筑项目施工中存在的风险,提出了评估风险与应对策略,并对超高层建筑施工项目的风险进行了分类。在风险评估方面,提出采用SWOT分析、风险概率和影响度评估以及风险矩阵分析等方法;在风险应对方面,提出采用风险规避、风险转移、风险控制和风险应对等策略。

This paper mainly analyzes the risks existing in the construction of super high-rise building projects, puts forward the assessment risks and countermeasures, and classifies the risks of super high-rise building construction projects. In the aspect of risk assessment, SWOT analysis, risk probability and impact assessment and risk matrix analysis are proposed. In the aspect of risk response, the strategies of risk avoidance, risk transfer, risk control and risk response are proposed.
