In order to strengthen the safety risk management of subway shield construction and ensure the safety and economy of subway construction, this paper takes subway shield construction as the research object, simply analyzes the importance of its safety risk management,combines the incentive of safety risk, and probes into the safety risk management countermeasures of subway shield construction from the aspects of construction quality, construction safety and emergency treatment. It aims to improve the quality of subway project construction, and promote the orderly development of social economy.
