“双高计划”的内涵与价值研究——基于广东省的实践

Research on the Connotation and Value of Double High Program——Based on the Practice of Guangdong Province

在从传统投入方式的视角对“双高计划”进行分析的基础上,深入挖掘其内在意义,认为“双高计划”隐含着“高等教育”和“产业属性”两大内涵。从“探索完整体系”和“焕发产业属性”两个角度,对“双高计划”的内涵进行了深入剖析,并以广东省高等职业院校实践加以验证。在此基础上,引导出“双高计划”的三大价值:推动高等职业教育专注知识技术的整合、推动高等职业教育更加开放、推动高等职业教育体系化发展。可见高等职业教育应聚焦于“知识技术”和“消费者”两个核心,建立起相应的体系。

Based on the analysis of the surface style of the"Double High Plan"from the perspective of traditional investment mode,this paper deeply explores its internal significance.It is believed that the"double high plan"implies two major connotations of"higher education"and"industrial attribute".From the two angles of"exploring the complete system"and"revitalizing the industry",the connotation of"double high plan"is deeply analyzed,and verified by the practice of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province.On this basis,the three values of the"double high plan"are guided:promoting the integration of knowledge and technology in higher vocational education,promoting higher vocational education to be more open,and promoting the systematic development of higher vocational education.Finally,it is concluded that higher vocational education should focus on the two cores of"knowledge technology"and"consumer",and establish a corresponding system.
