摘要
随着我国职业教育高质量发展的迫切需要,中考后普职分流政策作为进入职业教育体系的首次教育分流具有其必要性。然而,当前普通高中“质强量盈”与职业高中“质弱量缺”的格局,使普职分流在质量、供需、观念上存在现实抵牾。为此,应坚持贯彻高质量、多样化、系统化的基本发展思路,均衡优质普职教师人力资源、坚持高中阶段学校多样化发展、协同推进教育体制机制改革,以缓解质量差异、纾解供需矛盾、消解公众抗阻,进而更好地激发普职分流的政策效能。
With the urgent need for high-quality development of vocational education,the policy of general occupational diversion after middle school examination is necessary as the first diversion into the vocational education system.However,the current reality of diverting ordinary high schools and vocational high schools contradicts each other,leading to the coexistence of"quality and quantity surplus"in ordinary high schools and"quality and quantity shortage"in vocational high schools.In the future,we should adhere to the basic development ideas of high quality,diversification,and systematization,balance the human resources of high-quality teachers,adhere to the diversified development of high school schools,and promote the reform of the education system and mechanism in coordination,to alleviate the quality difference,relieve the contradiction between supply and demand,and resolve the public resistance,to better stimulate the effectiveness of the policy of diverting general staff.
