环境监测技术专业育人体系构建研究——以汕头职业技术学院为例

摘要 随着二十大报告提出“推动绿色发展,促进人与自然和谐共生”及新“职教二十条”的出台,对环境监测技术职业教育提出的新要求与期望。环境监测职业教育的出发点就是促进当地环境监测产业,以产业需求、痛点为出发点,培养高技能、高素质的人才来反哺当地的经济与科技的发展。拟通过岗位融合、课证相通、双师建设三个维度,分别对环境监测技术专业的教学方式、人才培养方式及教师成长再学习的具体落实方式进行探讨。最终构建出具有实际参考及操作性的环境监测育人体系。 With the introduction of the report to the 20th CPC National Congress on"Promoting Green Development and Harmonious Coexistence between Man and Nature"and the new"Twenty Articles of Vocational Education",new requirements and expectations for technical vocational education in environmental monitoring.The starting point of environmental monitoring vocational education is to promote the local environmental monitoring industry,take industrial needs and pain points as the starting point,and cultivate high-skilled and high-quality talents to feed back the development of local economy and science and technology.It is planned to discuss the teaching methods,talent training methods and specific implementation methods of teacher growth and re-learning of environmental monitoring technology majors through the three dimensions of job integration,course certificate communication,and dual-teacher construction.Finally,an environmental monitoring and education system with practical reference and operation was constructed.
