摘要
中职名师工作室是职业教育发展的新产物,也是一种新型的学习和教研共同体。以广东省郑烁名师工作室建设为例,根据中职教研的任务及存在的主要问题,运用“四结合”教研模式开展学术研讨与课题研究、课程建设与教材开发、竞赛辅导、技术研发等教研活动,实现学员教师在教学能力、教研能力、技能竞赛辅导水平、校企合作成效等方面的显著提升。
The Famous Teachers'Studio in Secondary Vocational Education is a new product of the development of vocational education,which is a new type of learning and teaching research community.Taking the construction of Zheng Shuo's provincial Famous Teacher Studio in Guangdong as an example.Based on the tasks and main problems of teaching and research in secondary vocational education,the"Four combinations"teaching and research mode is used to carry out teaching and research activities such as Academic Discussion,Subject Research,Curriculum Construction,Teaching Material Development,Competition Guidance and Technology Research and Development.Achieving significant improvement in teaching ability,teaching and scientific research ability,technique competition coaching level and school-enterprise cooperation effectiveness of teacher trainees.
