摘要
某公司磷石膏堆场渗透水采用钙法除磷,存在消耗石灰量大、产渣量大、处理费用高等问题,试验研究了采用熟石灰取代生石灰处理含磷废水新工艺。试验结果表明,同等条件下熟石灰用量是生石灰的1/3,且除磷效果相同,处理后渣量减少、介质流动性好、含水率高,故将罐袋货车倒渣处理改为管道运输干渣返回处理系统回收利用,从而达到了节能降耗的目的。
A company s phosphogypsum stack seepage water uses the calcium method to remove phosphorus.There are problems such as large consumption of lime,large amount of sludge production,and high treatment costs.A new process for treating phosphorus-containing wastewater using slaked lime instead of quicklime is experimentally studied.The test results show that under the same conditions,the dosage of hydrated lime is 1/3 of that of quicklime,and the phosphorus removal effect is the same.After treatment,the amount of sludge is reduced,the fluidity of the medium is good,and the moisture content is high.Therefore,the sludge dumping treatment by tank trucks is changed to pipeline transportation of dry sludge returning to the treatment system for recycling,thereby achieving the purpose of energy efficiency and consumption reduction.
