摘要
某冶炼厂冶金炉底吹系统扩建改造后,由于SO_(2)浓度升高、入转换系统的烟气量增大,导致烟气制酸系统无法满足现有的生产条件。针对原系统存在的问题和改造难点,选择了预转化预吸收技术改造方案,介绍了其工艺流程和主要新增设备、实施要点和技术特点。预转化预吸收技术应用于硫酸系统,对SO_(2)浓度的适应性很强,工艺配置灵活,投资较小,市场前景广阔。
After the expansion and revamp of the metallurgical furnace bottom blowing system of a smelting plant,due to the increase in SO_(2)concentration and the increase in the amount of flue gas entering the conversion system,the flue gas acid production system was unable to meet the existing production conditions.For the existing problems and revamp difficulties of the existing system,a pre-conversion and pre-absorption technical revamp scheme is selected,and its process flow,main new equipment,implementation points and technical characteristics are introduced.Pre-conversion and pre-absorption technology is applied to the sulfuric acid system.It has strong adaptability to SO_(2)concentration,flexible process configuration,small investment,and broad market prospects.
