摘要
为了降低运行成本,提高系统稳定性,对高产能或多样化产品的全自动包装贮存装车系统自动化的要求越来越高。以某800 kt/a尿素项目为例,阐述了尿素包装贮运系统的工艺设计方案、主要设备选型,以及该项目的设计优化内容。该系统实现了尿素产品的运、筛、包、码、存、取、装车发货为一体全自动流程作业,系统自动化程度较高、绿色环保,可为同类系统设计提供参考。
In order to reduce operating costs and improve system stability,there are increasing requirements for the automation of fully automatic packaging,storage and loading systems for high-capacity or diversified products.Taking an 800 kt/a urea project as an example,the process design scheme,main equipment selection,and design optimization content of the urea packaging,storage and transportation system are described.This system achieves the transportation,screening,packaging,palletizing,storage,reclaiming,loading and delivery of urea products as a fully automatic process operation.The system has a high level of automation,is green and environmentally friendly,and can provide a reference for the design of similar systems.
