摘要
为了提高材料利用率,通过CAE分析发现适当减小前地板的板料尺寸,使板料边缘由拉深筋外保留5~10 mm变为流过拉深筋进入工艺补充面,其减薄率、材料流入量以及回弹与正常板料尺寸的CAE分析基本一致,并通过实际试模对零件尺寸与质量状态的对比分析,证明了该方法在不影响零件质量的前提下能提高材料利用率。
In order to improve the material utilization rate,it was found that the sheet size of the front floor was appropriately reduced through CAE analysis,so that the sheet was changed from 5~10 mm outside the drawing rib to flowing through the drawing rib into the process supplement sur⁃face.And the thinning rate,material inflow,and springback were basically consistent with the CAE analysis of normal sheet size.It was proved that the method could improve the material utilization rate without affecting the forming quality of parts by comparing the size and quality of parts that was made through the actual die test.
