摘要
针对汽车覆盖件包边后总成出现匹配间隙过大或过小以致于DTS不满足要求的问题,对总成包边进行了研究。以某车型的前门外板后端B柱为例,利用3种不同状态下的前门外板材料进行了有限元包边模拟分析,并与现场实测数据的咬合损失量进行对比分析,结果显示同时考虑拉深应力与回弹量的外板材料进行包边仿真分析与现场生产更为贴近。
Aiming at the problem that DTS could not meet the requirement because the as⁃sembly matching clearance was too large or too small after the hemming of automobile cover part,the assembly hemming was studied.Taking the B-pillar side of the rear end of the front door outer plate of a certain vehicle as an example,the finite element hemming simulation analysis was carried out by using the materials of the front door outer plate in three different states,and the bite loss was compared with the field measurement.The re⁃sults showed that if consider both the drawing stress and the springback amount of the outer plate material,the hemming simulation analysis would closer to the field production.
