车身稳定控制按钮双色注射模设计

摘要 针对车身稳定控制按钮内外层包覆的特点,设计了转盘式双色注射模成型。为保证型腔填充效果良好,避免成型塑件A面收缩缺陷,模具采用普通流道浇注系统,第1色子模采用点浇口,第2色子模采用侧浇口,定模温度保持100℃,流道开设排气通道。塑件两侧挂扣孔采用T形压块及滑块弹块组件实现侧向抽芯脱模,由于成型塑件脱模角度较小且行程大,设计了二次推出机构,避免塑件推出时发生变形、开裂、粘模等问题。经生产实践证明,模具结构设计合理,生产稳定可靠,成型的塑件品质优良,满足设计要求。 According to the characteristics of the inner and outer layer coating of the body stability control button,the rotating disc type two-color injection mould was designed.In order to ensure the filling effect of the cavity and avoid the shrinkage defect of the A surface,it adopted a common runner casting system in the mould,and adopted point gates in the first color mould,adopted side gates in the second color mould.The fixed half of mould temperature was maintained at 100℃,and exhaust channels were the set for runner.The hanging hole on both sides of the plastic part were realized demuoulding by T-shaped pressing block and slider elastic block module.Because the demuoulding angle of the plastic part was small and the stroke was large,a secondary ejection mechanism was designed to avoid deformation,cracking,sticking,and other problems when the plastic part was ejected out.The production practice had proved that the mould structure design was reasonable,the production was stable and reliable,and the molded plastic parts had good qual⁃ity and met the design requirements.
