摘要
蜘蛛模型主要由复杂曲面构成,其触角、腿部等狭小的区域加工难度大,根据机械加工工艺基本原则,拟订了蜘蛛模型的加工工艺,并运用PowerMILL软件设置切削参数、进退刀参数等,生成数控NC代码,再通过数控仿真软件VERICUT对NC代码进行机床虚拟仿真及程序优化,使仿真中出现的问题得以有效解决。使用优化后的程序进行实际加工,蜘蛛模型各项检测指标都符合要求,证明了“自动编程+仿真优化”一体的数控加工方式可在实训教学和企业加工中应用和推广。
The spider model is mainly composed of complex curved surface,and its antennae,legs and other narrow areas are difficult to process.According to the basic principles of machining pro⁃cess,the machining process of spider was drawn up,and then PowerMILL software was used to set cutting parameters,tool feeding,and tool retracting parameters,etc.,the NC code was generat⁃ed.Then the NC code was simulated and optimized by VERICUT,and the problems in the simula⁃tion could be solved effectively.The spider model of the detection indicators were in line with the requirements by using the optimized program for actual machining,which proved the integrated NC machining method of"automatic programming+simulation optimization"could be applied and promoted in practical training teaching and enterprise processing.
