双氧水生产中废活性氧化铝回收利用的研究

摘要 本文采用溶剂浸泡、有机碱液活化、焙烧的再生方法,处理回收双氧水工业中废弃的活性氧化铝,并测试了再生后的氧化铝的抗压强度和再生活性,用BET表征了孔道结构。结果证明,该方法能使废活性氧化铝的物理性能和再生活性得到很好的恢复。重复实验结果表明,该回收工艺可以实现废活性氧化铝的重复利用。 In this paper,the waste activated alumina in hydrogen peroxide industry was recovered by solvent soaking,organic lye activation and roasting.The compressive strength and regeneration activity of the reclaimed alumina were tested,and the pore structure was characterized by BET.The results showed that the physical properties and regeneration activity of the waste activated alumina were well restored by this method.The recycling process could realize the reuse of waste activated alumina.
