摘要
脲醛亚甲基脲是一种难溶性的缓释长效肥料,由尿素与甲醛经缩合制得。原材料的种类和特性使得脲醛亚甲基脲的生产废水中含有大量的有机物、甲醛等物质。本实验采用Fenton氧化法处理脲醛亚甲基脲生产废水,并对pH值、加药量等做了对比分析。结果表明,当p H值为3.6,H_(2)O_(2)(浓度30%)的加量为12.5m L·L^(-1),FeSO_(4)(浓度10%)的加量为50m L·L^(-1)时,COD和甲醛的去除率可以达到40%和90%。实验结果可为此类废水的实际处理提供参考。
Urea-formaldehyde methyleneurea was a refractory slow-release long-acting fertilizer prepared by condensation of urea and formaldehyde.Due to the types and characteristics of raw materials used,its production wastewater contained a large number of organic matter,formaldehyde and other substances.The urea-based methyleneurea production wastewater was treated by Fenton oxidation method,the pH value and dosing amount were compared and analyzed.The results showed that when the pH was 3.6,the dosage of H_(2)O_(2)(concentration 30%)was 12.5 mL/L,the dosing of FeSO_(4)(10% concentration)was 50mL/L,the removal rate of COD and formaldehyde could reach 40% and 90%.The experimental result could provide reference for the practical treatment of such wastewater.
