摘要
通过对原生境和迁地保护的疏花水柏枝植株进行生理生化检测,判断不同生态环境下疏花水柏枝生态进化响应。结果表明:疏花水柏枝迁地保护居群植株的丙二醛(MDA)含量、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性比原生居群的含量低、活性弱,可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)酶活性均比原生境居群的高。由此可见,疏花水柏枝原生境居群的抗逆性、抗病性更强。迁地保护居群通过生理生化调节,加强自身代谢,增加木质化程度,提高抗氧化防御机能和适应胁迫的能力来响应环境变化,并产生了耐高温的生态进化。
By the detection of the physiological and biochemical indexes of Myricaria laxiflora under different ecological environment of the original habitat and ex-situ protection,the ecological evolutionary response of M.laxiflora under different ecological environments was determined.The results showed that the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the activity of polyphenol oxidase(PPO)were lower and weaker than those of the native population,and the content of soluble sugar,the activity of peroxidase(CAT),the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the activity of polyphenol oxidase(CAT)were higher than those of the native population.It can be seen that the stress resistance and disease resistance of the population in the original habitat were stronger.The ex-situ protective population can cope with environmental change by enhancing metabolism,increasing lignification degree,antioxidant defense function and stress adaptation.The ecological evolution of high temperature tolerance occurred after the reestablishment of the population of M.laxiflora,which could respond to environmental changes through physiological and biochemical adjustment.
